Telkom Netball League set to ignite North West at Sun City Bowl
The Telkom Netball League is set to commence this Saturday, 26 April, at the iconic Sun City Bowl in the North West Province, marking the official start of South Africa’s most anticipated netball showcase.
Fans can look forward to thrilling daily action as the country's top netball talent battles it out on court in what promises to be another unforgettable season. Matches will be broadcast live on SuperSport, bringing the electric atmosphere to homes across the nation.

With the Sun City Bowl’s vibrant setting and top-notch facilities, this year’s league opener promises to deliver unmatched excitement both on and off the court.
The 2025 Telkom Netball League is set to kick off with an exciting opening match from Division 2, as the Mpumalanga Sunbirds face off against the Free State Sonoblomo at 07:00. Day 1 will also see an exciting match between the defending champions Free State Crinums against the SPAR Baby Proteas.

The league not only showcases elite performance but also serves as a critical stepping stone for future Proteas stars. With daily matches and fierce provincial rivalries, the 2025 season is set to captivate fans from start to finish.

To ensure the tournament runs smoothly, some matches will be played concurrently at both the Superbowl and the Sun Park venues, which are located in the beautiful Sun City resort.
The Telkom Supershot is set to make its debut at the 2025 TNL, enhancing the excitement in the final two minutes of the first and third quarters with long-range goals worth two points.
The TNL is scheduled to run in three power-packed weeks from 26 April to 4 May, 13-17 June, and 14-20 July. With daily matches and fierce provincial rivalries, the 2025 season is set to captivate fans from start to finish.
