Mpho brings more than 18 years of experience in corporate affairs, reputation management, and strategic communication to the role as head of corporate affairs at Telkom. Her work across various industries allows her to bring diverse perspectives and valuable insights to her role.
She joins Telkom from Sappi Ltd. where, as executive head of corporate affairs, she won multiple awards from the International Association of Business Communicators for her work in stakeholder relations and employee engagement. Further to this she has been recognised as a Choiseul 100 Africa Top 100 Laureate, acknowledging young African leaders driving the continent's economic and social development.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Mpho is a recognised thought leader and has published academic papers with the University of Johannesburg and the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Mpho is a member of multiple working groups that focus on shared value, economic development, and trade relations. She is also a non-executive director and has served on boards that focus on economic development.
