Smart One-Rate TopUp is competitive and cost efficient. The single, flat rate mobile product, is the latest innovative offer to come out of Telkom Business.
Says Megan Nicholas, Managing Executive for Mobile Solutions at Telkom Business, “Customers pay a nominal rate of R49 per month to benefit from a flat rate of 79c for voice calls, 21c per SMS and 15c/MB on Smart One-Rate TopUp. These flat rates apply no matter the time of day or the network.”
According to Nicholas, a major obstacle when it comes to mobile telephony contracts is the confusion around the various options regarding on or off peak, in or out of bundle, on-network or off network rates. The combination of these intricate elements can have a significant impact on a company’s total monthly communication cost. “Our approach is to offer a simplified solution at a highly competitive cost, enabling real transparency. Ultimately, that’s what matters most to people managing a business’s operational costs.”
Smart One-Rate allows the end user to specify a monthly recurring airtime value, which means that the customer chooses how much they want to spend on a monthly basis. When this is exceeded, they then have the option of ‘topping up’ with more airtime.
